Scottish Coal Collections and Scran Oral History Workshop

The Scottish Coal Collections Group is hosting a workshop in partnership with Scran to explore the possibility of using Scran to create a showcase for Coal Lives Oral Histories.
The workshop is primarily aimed at those who have holdings of oral histories relating to the coal mining industry in Scotland, but anyone who is interested in the topic, or may be investigating the possibility of running a similar project themselves, is welcome to come along.
The workshop will take place at the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland on Wednesday 4th April 2012, from 10am until approximately 3pm. Refreshments will be provided in the morning, but participants will need to make their own arrangements for lunch.
